Pinot Noir is the grape that has made Palliser Estate and the Martinborough region famous. More than half of the most southerly wine region on the North Island is Pinot Noir. The same is true for Palliser. It's no wonder they call Pinot Noir their flagship wines.

The Pencarrow is the estate's entry-level wine. It is made in a similar way to the Estate series, but in a more accessible, soft style and at a very reasonable price.

The Pencarrow Pinot Grigio is characterized by a beautiful combination of fresh elegance and excellent structure. This makes the wine not only delicious on its own but also excellent for the table. Enjoy it for the next three years, perhaps paired with chicken or mushrooms.

A fruity, supple Pinot Noir that pairs well with lamb and spicy Mediterranean dishes. Best served slightly chilled.

Light ruby red in color with a restrained aroma of red fruit (wild strawberry, cranberry), rosehip, and sage. Seductively fruity, juicy, and rounded with a lovely freshness. Refined, smooth, and slightly spicy on the finish.

Drink now; will keep for about four to five years after harvest.
