The Valpolicella Classico Superiore from Monte del Frá is one of the finest, made from the Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties, planted in a pergola system. After fermentation, the wine is aged in steel tanks (to ensure freshness) and bottled two months before sale.
