Description

Valpolicella is certainly one of Italy's most famous wines. This is understandable, as the vineyards are located near the popular Lake Garda. By now, millions of holidaymakers have become acquainted with this local wine, which is produced in very different qualities! The Valpolicella Classico Superiore from Monte del Frá is one of the better ones, made from the Corvina, Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara grape varieties planted using the pergola system. After fermentation, the wine spends time in stainless steel tanks (to guarantee the wine's freshness) and is bottled two months before sale.
