Côtes du Rhône Alary Rouge

An aromatic red wine from France made from Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre grapes. The flavor is soft and refreshing: delicious with spicy stews, both meat and vegetables, or cold appetizers.

The delicious Syrah, Grenache & Mourvedre blend

The Domaine Alary is well-known in the commune of Cairanne. Long before appellation law existed, the Alary family began making wine some three hundred years ago. Incidentally, the wines of the commune of Cairanne are considered among the best in the entire Rhône region. The grape varieties used for this Cairanne Villages are Syrah (60%), Grenache (20%), and Mourvèdre (20%). The low yield of 25 to 30 hectoliters per hectare and the two-year aging in oak barrels result in a powerful, classic Rhône wine.
