Drink with
Full, slightly spicy red wine to drink on its own or with roasted dishes. Delicious with BBQ skewers of seasoned beef, peppers and eggplant, grilled lamb or bean dish.
Tasting note
Ruby red wine with an open scent of blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, cloves and licorice. The taste is full of ripe dark fruit, powdery tannins and mild acidity. Sultry aftertaste with notes of spices.
Shelf life
Drink now; has a good shelf life of up to 4 years after harvest.
