Description

This Prosecco is Conte Loredan Gasparini's finest sparkling wine. The grapes are hand-picked in the small wine region of Montello in Veneto, Northern Italy. Fermentation takes place with special (proprietary) yeast strains and under controlled temperatures. Prosecco is often enjoyed as an aperitif in Italy. It's a sparkling white wine with the power of champagne. This also makes this Gasparini Prosecco a culinary delight. It pairs perfectly with smoked fish like salmon and eel. The wine also pairs beautifully with oysters and a variety of small snacks and appetizers.
