The domain picks the grapes (grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvèdre, tibouren and carignan) in some of the best parcels of Provence. This translates into a wine with even more finesse, aroma and flavor intensity and complexity.
The beautifully light-colored, characterful R is therefore extremely elegant, but also powerful and persistent enough to be a fantastic meal companion. The wine also has good storage potential: it can easily mature for several years in the bottle. In short, Provence rosé of the highest level, which will certainly delight gourmets.
