Description Domaine Robert Sirugue Vosne Romanée
The high quality of this top estate is primarily due to the superb location of its vineyards. However, in Burgundy, this isn't always a guarantee of quality, as evidenced by the Clos de Vougeot, where around 80 (!) owners produce a wide range of wines.
The Sirugue family leaves nothing to chance and understands that crafting a great wine begins with a perfect grape. They therefore pay close attention to meticulous vineyard management and hand-harvesting in small containers. This is followed by expert vinification in the cellar and aging in oak barrels for 18 months.
