A fresh and juicy Italian red wine with abundant red fruit aromas and a smooth, accessible palate. Slightly chilled, it pairs beautifully with charcuterie, pasta, or light grilled dishes.
Valpolicella
Brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo are the proud owners of Monte del Fra, a beautiful estate in Veneto. The name dates back to the time when a small monastery where monks (fra) lived stood on this hill (monte).
A delicious, fruity red wine is made exclusively from the Corvina grape. Corvina is the dominant and best grape variety for the famous Valpolicella region and is known for its characteristic cherry-like aroma and flavor. Monte del Fra grows this grape in their vineyards in Custoza, and therefore the wine must be sold as regional wine. A beautiful, pure red wine that is excellent served slightly chilled in summer.
