The Burgundy of the Mediterranean is how owner Marco de Grazia characterizes his refined mineral Sicilian wines from hillside vineyards on the northern flank of the Etna volcano. The height provides cooling and refinement in the wines. The organic planting and the ambition to make top quality force Marco to achieve low yields so that the native grapes have a beautiful expression. The Santo Spirito vineyard of approximately 10 hectares has a deep rich volcanic soil and is therefore more productive than the other crus.
