A delicious Piedmont

Arneis is one of the oldest white grape varieties of Piedmont and became particularly well-known in the Roero wine region around the town of Canale. It is precisely here, on the sandy and calcareous soil, that this grape performs best. Especially in the hands of Francesco Monchiero, who presses the grapes in an ingenious way: without contact with air and oxygen.
