Information
two young winemakers with impressive honors
refined dry white wine
almost burgundy softness
nice aperitif, with refined (fish) dishes and salads

A delicious Trocken Weissburgunder

Youthful fragrant dry white wine from Germany with the scent of ripe apples and a soft juicy taste. Delicious as an aperitif but also delicious with fresh salads asparagus and fish.

The brothers Christoph and Johannes

The talented brothers Christoph and Johannes Thörle work the 19 hectares of their winery in the northern part of Rheinhessen completely by hand. “Every vine, every grape and every wine bears our mark,” says Christoph. "By working so intensively with the soil and the vines, we know better and better what exactly our vineyards need."

The weissburgunder grapes or pinot blanc are picked by hand to obtain the best possible quality. For optimal aromatic expression, first soak the skins in the grape juice for 18 hours. After that, the fermentation starts in mainly stainless steel tanks to maintain the fruity character. After fermentation, the wine rests on the dead yeast cells for about 4 months for extra depth and complexity.
