Monte Del Frà Veneto

The Accordini ripasso comes from the hilly area of the Classico district and is produced using a special, time-consuming and therefore expensive method. The best part of the red Valpolicella wine is set aside. In February following the harvest, the wine is topped up with the finished fermentation of the grapes—the vinacce—from the concentrated Amarone wine. This creates a second fermentation that completely transforms the wine: it achieves a much greater concentration of color, aroma, and flavor. A balance of power and suppleness!
