Purezza Negroamaro
Southern Italian red wine with the scent of ripe fruit and light fresh herbs. The taste is full of soft and juicy: delicious with grilled or slightly spicy dishes. Also delicious with a piece of creamy cheese.

The Salento wine region is located in Apulia deep in southern Italy. Despite its southern location, it is less warm than in the interior of Italy. The presence of a lot of seawater around this headland tempers the climate and it is therefore relatively cool. It is therefore a wine region where the grapes can ripen for a long time and retain freshness.
The Cellino San Marco cantina is ultramodern and processes the harvested grapes according to the latest insights. The result on the native grape variety Negroamaro is excellent. After a short maturation in oak barrels, a full, soft taste is created while preserving the natural freshness of the Negroamaro grape. In addition, the ripe fruit scents remain pleasantly present.
