Description
Want to experience the pristine mountain wines of Kellerei Eisacktal in Alto Adige? Then try the seductively fragrant, juicy Isaras Weiss. Eisacktal is considered one of the region's leading producers, and this surprising white blend is their compelling calling card.
Isaras is made from typical Alto Adige grapes: Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, and Silvaner. They are harvested in various Eisacktal vineyards, located at altitudes between 550 and 610 meters.
After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks. Finally, the wine is briefly aged on the yeasts. This process produces pure fruit aromas, invigorating freshness, and beautiful intensity.
The Isaras is an original white wine, with an expressive aroma, a juicy and intense flavor, and a refined finish. It's wonderful as an aperitif and also pairs well with fresh salads, cheese fondue, or Viennese schnitzel. Highly recommended!
