Coté Aix is made from Grenache and Syrah grapes, which are grown organically around Aix-en-Provence. The vineyards face south and have poor, light soil consisting of weathered slate and white quartz. The grapes can ripen perfectly there, while also retaining a pleasant freshness.

Once picked, the grapes are pressed immediately. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring a pure fruit expression. The result is a versatile rosé that is perfect to drink on the terrace, on a boat, during a picnic, or of course at the table. Suggestions? Salad with goat cheese, grilled fish, or pasta with lemon.
