Tasting note Arjolle Equilibre
Spicy white wine with the scent of fresh fruit (pear and apple) and a juicy, dry taste. A mouth-filling and accessible dry wine.
Description
This blend of 'greasy' Viognier and 'fresh' Sauvignon grapes gives a beautiful, balanced wine. The name Équilibre is therefore aptly chosen: both grape varieties are present for exactly 50% and the wine is perfectly balanced. The grapes are fermented after picking in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The wine then ages for six months in the dregs of exhausted yeast cells, with the wine being stirred regularly. Thanks to this technique, white wine gets a fuller taste and more balance. Multiple awards in, among others, the Guide Hachette and wine guide De Grote Hamersma.
