Description

Just a few kilometers from the Etang de Thau in southern France lie the vineyards of Le Jade. During the grape harvest, a strict selection process is applied right in the vineyards. Only the ripest grapes are harvested. These grapes are then processed in a special way. A special maceration with the skins and low-temperature fermentation contribute to the creation of a delicious, juicy, modern white wine.
The Viognier grape offers a pleasant combination of a soft flavor with plenty of freshness and tension. This makes this pure white wine perfect for a wide variety of occasions.
