What a delicious dry white wine! Typically Italian: not too overtly juicy and with a good length of flavour. Insiders consider the azienda Monte del Frá to be the best producer of the Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC controlled designation of origin).
This attractive wine has been very prominent for many years in the Gambero Rosso wine guide, the Italian reference for quality wines. Moreover, this custoza is one of the best-selling Italian dry white wines under ten euros.
Monte del Frá mainly uses Garganega and Cortese grapes. The Custoza appellation is perhaps less known than the neighboring areas of Soave and Lugana, but the success of Monte del Frá is no less important!
