What a delicious dry white wine! Typically Italian: not overly juicy and with a considerable length of flavor. Insiders consider Azienda Monte del Frá the best producer of the Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC Controlled Designation of Origin).
This attractive wine has featured very prominently for years in the Gambero Rosso wine guide, the definitive Italian reference for quality wines. Moreover, this custoza is one of the best-selling Italian dry white wines under ten euros.
Monte del Frá primarily uses Garganega and Cortese grapes. The Custoza appellation may be less well-known than the neighboring areas of Soave and Lugana, but Monte del Frá's success is no less impressive!
