This is a flawless, expertly made dry white wine with an organic certificate. In our opinion, the brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini are among the great winemakers in Italy. The combination of pure juiciness and a delicious freshness is a relief compared to the almost sweet, thin style that you often find in Soave. Fantastic!
