A powerful white wine from France with aromas of tropical fruit and oak. The full flavor is delicious on its own but also wonderful paired with garlic prawns, grilled fish, chicken, or white meat.

The white Mirabelle is a standout wine in our range and compares well to a fine white Graves from Bordeaux. Ryman makes this wine from organically grown grapes in a beautifully expressive style. Just like the famous Clos Floridène, the iconic wine of his former oenology professor, Professor Denis Dubourdieu.
The Sauvignon and Sémillon grapes ferment in temperature-controlled oak barrels. Château de la Jaubertie performs exceptionally well in comparative tastings. In 2012, wine magazine Perswijn even selected the Mirabelle as the best white wine from southwestern France.
