Beautiful pink shade. Refined fresh red strawberry and cherry fruit in the scent. The taste is juicy and round and ends with a fresh aftertaste.
Reichsrat with Dry wines for sweet people
'Dry wines for sweet people'. That is the slogan of Reichsrat von Buhl in the Palatinate, because they like dry wines here. Really dry wines. This Bone Dry Rosé, for example, only has 0.6 g/L residual sugar – a negligible amount.
This wonderfully juicy rosé is not a by-product of the red Spätburgunder that is also made there, but a full-fledged wine in itself. After the grapes have been crushed, a short soaking of the skins takes place (8-14 hours) before pressing. The resulting rosé then matures partly in used wooden barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. This results in a crispy fresh, extremely dry, but also very tasty and fruity rosé. In short, all the ingredients are there for the perfect aperitif!
