You probably already knew that Stéphane Spitzglous knows a thing or two about winemaking, thanks to his compelling rosés from the micro-appellation Palette and the surrounding Sainte-Victoire region. This refined red also clearly demonstrates Stéphane's expertise.

The delightful Terre Promise is a blend of organically grown Syrah and Mourvèdre, harvested from vineyards with chalky and clay-rich soils. After harvest, Stéphane destems the grapes. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks, allowing the wine to retain its beautiful, pure fruit expression.

It has a beautiful aroma of blackberries and blackcurrants, refined floral notes, and the pepperiness so typical of the Syrah grape. The palate is smooth, seductive, and remarkably fresh, with notes of laurel and olive in the finish.

Try it with ratatouille, lamb chops, or a bean casserole with sausage. A Mediterranean red at its finest!
