Description
This Prosecco is the finest sparkling wine from Conte Loredan Gasparini. The grapes are hand-picked in the small wine region of Asolo in the hills of Montello in Veneto, Northern Italy. Fermentation takes place using special (proprietary) yeast strains and under controlled temperature. Prosecco is often drunk as an aperitif in Italy. It is a sparkling white wine with the power of champagne.
