Aromatic white fine. Fresh, fruity notes with nuances of citrus, apple and peach. The flavor insert is round and develops fresh and juicy, with a fragrant finish.
It can only be clear: at Reichsrat von Buhl they like dry wine. They don't think the term 'trocking' customary in Germany is strict enough. A wine that is called 'trocken' may officially still contain up to 9 grams of residual sugar. And that is not dry. If you ask the people at von Buhl what is dry, it is a wine with 0 to a maximum of 4 grams of residual sugar. This Bone Dry Riesling even has only 0.5 grams of residual sugar. And still arrive at such a modest alcohol percentage of only 12% alcohol; a great achievement.
In addition to the quality of the wine, the label is also striking. The bone-dry character ('knochentrocken' in German) is represented by a skull. To give the whole a friendly appearance, it is composed of the aromas and flavors that you find in the wine.
