Powerful French red wine with a spicy aroma and nuances of berries. Thanks to its full flavour, it is a good accompaniment to meat dishes with spicy sauce, stews or cheese.
Denis has gone through a strong development. His wines have not only been fully certified organic for several years, but also much more balanced than before with silky tannins and a wonderful freshness. He looks for elegance in this warm region and therefore harvests a little earlier than usual, so that the grapes retain their freshness.

According to Denis, the time of over-concentrated heavy wines has long since passed. His working method resulted in 2012 in a fantastic 'La Brunote' made from hand-picked Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes. This wine now has a beautiful ripeness and is certainly not inferior to the quality of the much more expensive municipal wines.
