Denis has undergone significant development. For several years now, his wines have not only been fully organically certified but are also much more balanced than before, with silky tannins and a beautiful freshness. He seeks elegance in this warm region and therefore harvests somewhat earlier than usual, allowing the grapes to retain their freshness.

According to Denis, the era of over-concentrated, heavy wines is long gone. His method resulted in 2012 in a fantastic 'La Brunote' made from hand-picked Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Carignan grapes. This wine has since reached a beautiful maturity and certainly does not fall short of the quality of the much more expensive village wines.
