Powerful French red wine with a spicy aroma and berry nuances. Thanks to its full flavour, it is a good accompaniment to meat dishes with spicy sauce, stews or cheese.
Denis has undergone strong development. His wines have not only been fully organic-certified for several years now, but are also much more balanced than before with silky tannins and beautiful freshness. He looks for elegance in this warm region and therefore harvests a little earlier than usual so that the grapes retain their freshness.

According to Denis, the time of over-concentrated heavy wines has long since passed. In 2012, his working method resulted in a fantastic 'La Brunote' made from hand-picked Grenache, Mourvèdre and Carignan grapes. This wine has now reached a beautiful maturity and is certainly not inferior to the quality of the much more expensive municipal wines.
