A dry white wine with aromas of fresh yellow fruit like apple and melon. The taste is smooth and refreshingly aromatic. It pairs well with many fish dishes and also makes a delicious aperitif.

Description

Jean-Paul Brun is the unconventional and much-discussed winemaker and owner of the Terres Dor̩es family estate in southern Beaujolais. He makes authentic, unadulterated wine with a pure aroma and taste and a modest alcohol content. So, you won't find a lemonade-like Beaujolais with aromas of candy and banana in his wines.

Less well-known is his white Beaujolais, made from the Chardonnay grape. Brun makes this wine without oak aging, retaining a lovely freshness. Its low alcohol content makes it stand out among the wide range of Chardonnays available worldwide. A superb pairing with refined dishes!
