Rich taste of native grapes
|No oak but fruit expression|
|Unknown Molise awaits discovery|
|Delicious with fish in sauce or fine poultry|
Trebbiano Bombino meets Malvasia
Dry white wine from the Italian grape varieties Trebbiano Bombino and Malvasia. Soft taste with a strong aroma of ripe yellow fruit and peach. Delicious with fish or fine poultry.
Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio
Full dry white wine from the three autochthonous grape varieties Trebbiano, Bombino and Malvasia. The brothers Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio believe in the pure expression of the white grapes, harvest with a low yield and make the wine exclusively in stainless steel tanks. This allows you to taste a wine with the purest expression of the grape varieties.
Molise, the second smallest region in Italy, is located between Apulia and Abruzzo in two traditionally large wine regions. Perhaps this location is the reason why winegrowing in Molise is still in its infancy. Nevertheless, the two brothers Enrico and Pasquale di Giulio built their beautiful Borgo di Colloredo on it. They would have had no chance at all with the production of cheap slobber wine, so from the start they focused on quality and originality.
|Grape variety:||Trebbiano 70%, Bombino 20%, Malvasia 10%|
|Taste:||Full & Rich|
|Wood maturation:||No Wood aging|
|What do we think?:||Jerry: Beautiful, intensely scented dry white wine with a powerful, pure aroma of ripe yellow fruit, peach and some toast. The round, soft taste lingers for a long time and is very balanced.|
