During the boom in affordable wines from countries like Chile, South Africa, and Australia, regional wine from the Languedoc seemed doomed. However, southern France is once again enjoying a resurgence in popularity.
For several years now, restaurant owners in particular have been searching for wines that pair better with dishes than most New World wines. Culinary versatility and drinkability are key selection criteria. Fontanet wines meet these criteria perfectly.
