Lun Pinot Grigio . Tasting Note
Dry white wine from Northern Italy that smells wonderful of pear and light herbs. The soft fresh and juicy taste goes very well with antipasti chicken or freshwater fish.
Description
The Northern Italian Alto Adige has a strong German-speaking history and is therefore often referred to as Sd Tirol. With about 1800 hours of sunshine per year and an average temperature of 18 degrees during the growing season of the grapes, the high mountain vineyards are an ideal production area for fresh and juicy white wines.
Lun produces crystal-clear wines from its own 30 hectare vineyard. Like the pinot grigio: full and slightly spicy, a special glass! In contrast to the well-known French Alsatian pinot gris, Lun makes his wine drier. This wine is also very attractive as an aperitif.
