Description

This fine Spanish white lives up to its name. What a wonderfully creamy, oak-aged Chardonnay – and at a price that is by no means decadent.

The grapes for the Decadente are harvested in high-altitude vineyards in the hot, dry La Mancha. This higher altitude is essential for preserving sufficient freshness in the grapes.

After harvesting and fermentation, the grapes mature partly in oak barrels and partly on the lees in stainless steel tanks. This ensures a beautiful balance between freshness, fruit, and aging notes.

The result is a superior Chardonnay, certainly in this price category. It manages to seduce with its notes of ripe fruit, brioche, and oak, and is smooth enough to drink on its own, yet ripe and layered enough for the table. In short, a white wine to always have on hand!
