Dry white wine from Sicily

Inzolia is an original Sicilian grape variety and produces an attractive and original dry white wine. La Natura's vineyards are located near Trapani in western Sicily, at high altitudes and therefore relatively cool. The grapes ripen more slowly here and have a better balance of sweetness and acidity than the faster-growing grapes on the warmer plains. The grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand. This method results in low yields in the vineyard, which benefits the wine's quality.
