Olim Bauda is located in the north-east of Italy, in the Provincia di Asti and again in the Monferrato region. Dino, Gianni and Diana make a series of wines from six vineyards, including well-known names such as Barbera d'Asti and Moscato d'Asti. They also grow the lesser-known grape grignolino, an old - and difficult - Piemonte breed.
