French red wine with a powerful aroma of jammy fruit, spices, pepper, and oak. The flavor is full-bodied and robust. An excellent accompaniment to game dishes or beef tenderloin with a rich sauce.

Description

Domaine Richeaume is one of the leading producers in Provence. This is thanks to Henning Hoesch and his son Sylvain, who gained international experience after studying oenology. The estate's farming practices are entirely organic, meaning, among other things, that fertilization is done exclusively with organic fertilizers. This pure Syrah from the small and exceptionally good Les Terrasses vineyard is harvested at a low yield of 25 hl/ha. It is a remarkable wine with both intensity and great ripeness. Stabilization occurs naturally during the 12 months of aging in small oak barrels. By harvesting exceptionally healthy grapes with a low yield, Sylvain succeeds in creating a truly great wine with minimal intervention.
