The white wine from Badet Clement

Full aromatic white wine from the south of France with an aroma of toast oak and ripe yellow fruit. The full, balanced and juicy taste goes very well with fish, chicken and summer salads.

Bottle has changed, wine has remained the same

As co-owner of Burgundy producer Badet Clément, it is a challenge for Laurent Delaunay to create a Burgundy lookalike in the south of France. For the white Révélation, he selected vineyards with chardonnay grapes in cool locations, including in Limoux.

After picking and fermentation, a classic aging in small oak casks follows, including the bâtonnage technique from the Burgundy region (stirring yeast residues). This makes the wine taste full and creamy, but while retaining an exciting freshness. The characteristic oak scent and taste contribute to a powerful aromatic white wine.

Tasted blind, the Révélation is very similar to a good white burgundy from the Côte Chalonnaise. It is logical that this special white wine is very successful in our range.

Révélation our luxurious house wines

The white and red Révélation have become our luxury house wines. The beautiful smell and taste are reminiscent of more expensive types and many 'spoiled' customers have now discovered these wines. The success is due to the passion and skill of the 'bourguignon' Laurent Delaunay. With his high quality standard, he selects the most beautiful grapes in the South of France and makes the wines with a classic Burgundy and Bordeaux vinification.
