Excellent with fine fish, poultry or creamy pasta

A full rich white Soave

Full yellow in color and complex in aroma, with nuances of ripe peach, apricot and apple. The balanced, full dry taste ends with a long aromatic and fresh finish. Rich wine.

Sandro & Claudio Gini

Soave ranges from very mediocre to great. Brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini's soave belongs to the latter category and is one of the very best in the region. The secret of Gini is limited production, healthy vines that are sometimes up to 80 years old and expert vinification. The Contrada Salverenza is made from 100% garganega grapes, picked by hand. What is special is that this white wine also undergoes a lactic acid fermentation and then matures on the yeast cells for about 9 months, in small oak casks. The wine magazine Perswijn judged this white wine to be the best in the region in a large comparative tasting.
