Known from the Custoza and Ca del Magro

The two brothers Eligio and Claudio Bonomo are the proud owners of Monte del Frá, a beautiful domain in Veneto. The name dates back to the time when on this hill (monte) there was a small monastery where monks (fra) lived. They make wine in Soave as well as in the neighboring Custoza area. The delicious dry Soave is made from autochthonous grape varieties such as Garganega and Cortese. Monte del Frá is an extremely successful producer, which is confirmed annually by medals at wine competitions and good press references. They are prominently mentioned in the Gambero Rosso, the most important Italian wine guide.
