Pinot Blanc

This Pinot Blanc has a fine, fragrant nose with sweet fruitiness and light fermentation aromas. The taste is full, aromatic and round. A beautiful, balanced mild-dry white wine!
French white wine with a fine sweet and fruity aroma and a dry, full taste. Very tasty with both cold fish dishes and poached or fried (sea) fish.

Domaine Ferdinand Engel

Alsace is the supplier of one of the most refined dry white French wines. Curiously enough, this fact is unknown to many French people. Almost every Alsace wine is made from a single grape variety. For example, the Riesling Gewürtztraminer and Pinot Blanc are the most famous. This Pinot Blanc comes from Domaine Engel. Here, the ancient Alsace traditions are combined with modern wine technology. In addition, all grapes come from our own vineyards. This results in beautiful, pure white wines.

Since 2006, all Engel vineyards have had the organic Ecocert certificate.
