Description

Rimauresq is primarily known for its award-winning rosé. The terroir (sandy and limestone soils) with a cool northwest exposure ensures a relatively long and especially balanced ripening of the grapes with an excellent acid-sugar balance. The red wine, also with Cru Classé status, is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The location and terroir also have a significant influence on red wine, and this contributes to Rimauresq's refined and elegant structure.

The well-known restaurant chain "Flo" in France, which includes the beautiful art deco brasseries La Coupole Bofinger and Le Vaudeville in Paris, put this beautiful red Provence on the map last summer.
