The white wine from Badet Clement

Full-bodied, aromatic white wine from the South of France with aromas of toasted oak and ripe yellow fruit. The full, balanced, and juicy taste pairs very well with fish, chicken, and summer salads.

The bottle has changed, the wine has remained the same.

As co-owner of Burgundy producer Badet Clément, it is a challenge for Laurent Delaunay to create a Burgundy lookalike in the south of France. For the white Révélation, he selected cool-situated vineyards with Chardonnay grapes, including in Limoux.

After harvesting and fermentation, a classic maturation follows in small oak barrels, including the bâtonnage technique from the Burgundy region (stirring of the yeast lees). As a result, the wine tastes full and creamy, while retaining an exciting freshness. The characteristic oak aroma and flavor contribute to a powerful, aromatic white wine.

When tasted blind, the Révélation closely resembles a good white Burgundy from the Côte Chalonnaise. It is logical that this special white wine is very successful in our assortment.

The white and red Révélation have grown into our luxury house wines. The exquisite aroma and taste are reminiscent of more expensive varieties, and many 'discerning' customers have now discovered these wines. Their success is due to the passion and skill of the 'Burgundian' Laurent Delaunay. With his high quality standards, he selects the finest grapes in the South of France and produces the wines using classic Burgundy and Bordeaux vinification.
